How to speed up windows startup process

How to speed up windows startup process: 

Sometime we flee very bored when we see that Windows XP takes much time to start up. Many people asked me why it happen. It happen for unnecessary soft which are start at the beginning  automatically. Now I will show you how can we increase our windows XP 's speed.................

1. Click on start menu then run and tip regedit. ( start menu >run > regedit.)

2. Now Search for HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->Microsoft->Windows->Run

3. Now delete  unnecessary soft >>>>>>

Now see the difference
